This beautiful apartment is located within a minutes walk to the Village centre, secreted within a quiet development with direct access onto Castlerock beach. You will have breathtaking and uninterupted views over Castlerock beach onto the Atlantic Ocean, the hills of Donegal and Scotland. Open the patio doors to listen the roar of the Ocean! There are plenty of beautiful walks and things to do, including visiting the amazing Mussenden Temple. Castlerock Golf Club is located next door. The space The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one of which has a King size bed with ensuite bathroom and the other bedroom consists of 2 single beds. The ensuite consists of a WC, washhand basin and electric shower. There is a main bathroom consisting of a WC, washhand basin, walk-in shower and full bath. The hallway leads to the living / dining areas which consist of 2 comfy sofas and a chair, gas fire, television, dining table with 6 chairs and patio doors overlooking the ocean. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is family friendly. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including access to the main communal areas within the building and the surrounding outside gardens. There is a rear garden gate which leads directly into the sanddunes and onto Castlerock beach. So if it is surfing, kitesurfing, SUPing, swimming, walking, golfing or just a relaxing break that you are after, then Sandy Feet Retreat has it all on your doorstep. Other things to note Please be aware that this property is located on the first floor where there is no lift available. Access is via a set of stairs consisting of 15 steps.
