Costa Del Rio-Canal Waterfront Home with Dock!

Welcome to Costa Del Rio! This newly remodeled home on a waterfront channel in Sea Isle, the perfect escape to paradise! The home is perfect year-round for the angler or bring the whole family w/ lots of room for fun! Costa Del Rio offers kayaks, fishing, a boat slip, and plenty games on site. Enjoy your morning coffee or soak up some rays on the large deck. The Beach is a quick 3 min. drive. Enjoy live music and good food at the West End Marina., Fishing pier, Playground, & tennis court. The space Our newly remodeled waterfront home offers an open concept joining the kitchen and living room with large windows and a slider to the outside deck. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is completely stocked and there is a washer and dryer (all upstairs) for our guests if needed. Large deck up top and a large covered area below. Room to fish / kayaks! Games inside. We provide tide pods to our guests if you need to do a few loads of laundry. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet or a boat- there are certain rules/ information and instructions you will need. The bottom level walks directly out to the private boat dock and is an ideal space for fishing, lounging with family or enjoy a nice evening fire. There is plenty of seating for the whole group upstairs or down. There is also an outdoor shower please use prior to coming into the home to reduce the amount of sand inside our home. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of utensils, cutting boards and appliances. Blender, crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker and keurig as well as plenty of serving dishes. We try to keep our kitchen completely stocked, please let us know if something needs replacement. All bed linens and bath towels are provided, starter set of shampoo, conditioner and soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods and tide pods, paper towels and coffee filters. There are some left over spices (no guarantee on what is left). We do not provide spices, cooking oil or beach towels. There is a TV downstairs as well. Please make sure to read on how to unlock / lock and use the TV. Please return the remote or there is a $50 fee for not returning the remote. There is a community pool: a pass can be purchased a the Sea Isle HOA office next to the pool. Smoking is prohibited inside the home. The penalty for guests smoking is $500. All pets must be approved or there is a $200 fine. Summertime in Galveston brings high heat and mosquitos. Please keep in mind that our home is a waterfront property and although we treat for mosquitos, Mother Nature cannot be controlled. Guest access The entire home is accessible, minus the owner's closets. We have a lock box for easy access to all our guests. Boat launch, pier for fishing, tennis / pickle ball court. Swimming pool is an extra cost. Other things to note You will have access to our kayaks. Life Jackets must be worn when using our kayaks. Also, a downstairs TV. (please return the remote and lock up tv every evening). There is so much more to discover in Galveston, Texas. Popular beach destinations include East Beach, Stewart Beach and Seawall Urban Park. Also, if you have time check out Galveston's historic district which includes shops, restaurants, etc. There is so much to explore...Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, various restaurants and breweries.
