This NEWLY RENOVATED condo is ready to accommodate your next family vacation to the Outer Banks! Perfectly located, this condo is within walking distance of the sound, the ocean and the town of Duck. Go have some fun at the beach, hit the shops and grab dinner in Duck, and enjoy watching the sunset over the sound from the living room to finish off the night. The community also offers an enclosed pool, a newly renovated tennis court, and a pier/landing for everyone to enjoy. Other things to note Durning the 12 weeks of “in season” summer which runs from 6/1 to 9/7 each year, our condo can only be tented from Sunday to Sunday. Any booking requests for check ins on any other day will have to be declined.
