Large family condo with gorgeous oceanfront views The space This private four-bedroom North Myrtle Beach condo features a variety of updates, stunning ocean views and three full bathrooms. The cheerful yellow living room has comfortable seating and overlooks a large sliding glass door to your private oceanfront balcony. Tile flooring runs through the living room, kitchen, baths, hallways and into three bedrooms. The master suite has a king-sized beds and oversized windows for maximum views plus a door that leads to the balcony. There’s a soaker tub in the master bath and dual sinks. There’s another king room, a room with two double beds and one with two twin beds. Emerald Cove has been a staple of luxury and family favorite resort in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach for decades. Located in the highly sought after Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach offers guests not only an incredible beach front, but is also minutes from the renowned shopping and dining of famous Barefoot Landing. The fantastic resort amenities include a large outdoor pool, and sun decks, all just footsteps from the beach. - Outdoor Pool - Beach Access FAST & CONVENIENT CHECK-IN Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building. ______________________________ DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS, STARTER SUPPLIES For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are included in our rates, and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. A starter set of supplies, including paper products, can liners, and soap, is included with each rental. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay. ______________________________ BUILDING AMENITIES Condo-World is not responsible for any building amenities. The building amenities are provided and serviced by a separate HOA or management company. There will be no refunds issued for any loss of use of building amenities during your stay. Construction Refunds will not be issued for any inconvenience due to construction, road repair, property renovations, etc.
