A stay in the kids room while they are away

A room in a 5 bed room house. The space a simple room in a 5 bedroom house. a shared bathroom. In the back yard we have Chickens that are free-range. A 50 gallon fishtank in the Dining room. There are 4 children who live in the house and tend to get nosie. Most days they are in bed no later than 9pm and get up about 6am so the house should be quiet between those times.
