Light cooking is easy with a microwave, mini fridge, kettle, air fryer, and essentials provided. Enjoy your private ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity. Up just a few stairs you'll find your bedroom featuring a cosy queen-sized bed (with electric blanket), plenty of storage with double wardrobe and shelving, and double-glazed windows to stay extra toasty in those Dunedin winters. Step outside to your own garden seating area with its gorgeous, expansive view of Dunedin. Stroll to nearby parks for fresh air or spot a seal at our local, Tomahawk beach. The Z family Guest access You'll have shared access to the property from the street but private access to your very own wing of our main family home. You're welcome to enjoy our front garden with your own outdoor seating area which is drenched in sun in the summer! All guests must have their ID verified Airbnb profile added to the reservation. Other things to note We love animals and understand the challenges in finding pet friendly accommodation - it is preferred that your fur family guest is not left inside the property alone. Pets are limited to a maximum of one. Water bowls, food bowl, and dog bags will be provided by us!
