The rate includes Wi-Fi internet, electricity, water and biweekly cleaning (no laundry or food preparation). You have self check-in access to the property via a smart lock. Please note that we do not accept pets since the property is not suitable for them. Guest access The property has access to a small common patio that is shared with the residents of the neighboring houses. Other things to note Due to local regulations, we can only accommodate guests who host for non-touristy and justified purposes such as: - Studios - Work -Medical Causes Regardless of the length of the reservation, since this is a short-term rental, a rental agreement per room must be signed. For this purpose, we will ask for a photo/copy of each guest's ID card or passport, proof of the reason for their stay in the city (by providing documentation that demonstrates work or study-related reasons), their usual residential address, email address, telephone number, etc. All this information is required by the Spanish authorities since this is a short-term rental. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope you understand that if you do not provide the required documentation, we will be forced to cancel the reservation.
