The Chouse - Entire church home!

Enjoy your stay in a uniquely converted, well-loved 123 year old church home, a.k.a. “The Chouse.” Enjoy nearly 7,000 sq feet! Multiple staircases throughout the building (especially to restrooms). Not handicap friendly. Enjoy the spacious gathering and seating areas. Huge commercial kitchen in the Lower Level. The Chouse is complete with 5 currently available bedrooms, two full bathrooms & two half baths. Continued updates happening to this special place! Message me for questions! The space Built first in 1902, and later expanded in 1953, this is a special place to many in the community, as well as my private estate. You are welcome to enjoy the majesty of the building, understanding that it was a place of worship in its former life. The Chouse continues to receive various updates, face lifts, and repairs. Your AirBnB booking and stay matters as it is reinvested back into the building to add extra amenities, comfort and Gothic Revival and Mid-Century Modern luxury for current and future guests. Current project goals are to reshingle and restore the steeple! Thank you so much for considering The Chouse! It is my pleasure to serve you. Per City Ordinance, I will be residing in a small private room to occupy and supervise the building during all reservations. *The building is not for sale* Guest access You will have your own entryway into the building, with your own key. The entire building is accessible to guests, except storage rooms, attics, ladders, the owner’s personal belongings, and the Bell Tower (permission needed by owner). I will give you a tour to explain aspects of the building to get you better acquainted during your stay. Other things to note It is tradition for guests, should they choose, to ring the bells of The Chouse during their stay. Bell ringing must be accompanied by the owner and within the City of Brillion’s acceptable noise timeframe. Consideration for my neighbors and their privacy must be respected during your stay.
