Guest access 🔑 Your Stay at Sihra Villa - Essential Information 🛎️ Check-In & Check-Out My caretaker, Mr. Hemant, will be available near the property to help you check in and out. He'll ensure your arrival and departure process is smooth and hassle-free. 🚶‍♂️ Areas Accessible to Guests As my guest, you can access the entire property compound of Sihra Villa - it's all yours to enjoy! ⚠️ Do Not Trespass Please do not trespass into the private areas of any other property owner. There are CCTVs set up across the gated community, and trespassing will lead to issues. Drinking or smoking in any area other than the villa premises is strictly prohibited. I want you to have the perfect stay while respecting our community guidelines! Other things to note 📋 Sihra Villa - House Rules & Important Information ⏰ Check-in and Check-out - 🕐 Check-In: 1 PM - 🕚 Check-Out: 11 AM Early check-in and late check-out will be provided depending on availability for an extra charge of Rs. 1,000/- per hour. 🏊 Pool Hours & Rules - ⏱️ Open: 8 AM to 10 PM - after which my caretaker will do Pool Maintenance - 🚫 No drinking or smoking inside the pool as it damages the water and may lead to algae in the pool 🍽️ Kitchen Usage - 🧀 The kitchen is a mini kitchenette only available for basic food warming, making tea or coffee - 🔥 I've provided an induction stove; all utensils are induction and microwave-friendly - 🚫 Full-fledged cooking is not allowed at the property 🚗 Parking Information - 🅿️ Parking for 2-3 cars is available at the parking space 2 minutes from Sihra Villa, just inside the gate of Villa Montana - ⚠️ Please do not park your cars in common areas of Villa Montana (Gated Community), as it may obstruct the path for other guests 🐾 Pet Policy - 🚫 Pets are not allowed at the property 🚬 Smoking & Alcohol Policy Smoking and drinking are both allowed only inside the property. Please note the following rules: - 🧹 Ensure you do not create a mess at the property or nearby area - 🚫 Smoking & drinking are not allowed in common areas of the gated community - ⚠️ Causing problems, damages, or disrespecting staff or neighbors after drinking will not be tolerated - you may be asked to leave immediately - 🗑️ Please throw ash, cigarette buds, and alcohol bottles in the dustbins 🎉 Parties and Events - 🎊 Parties and events are possible at the property but only after obtaining prior approval/permission and paying any charges or deposits that may be applicable at my discretion 👥 Visitor Policy - 🚫 Visitors beyond the number of guests mentioned when booking are not allowed inside the gated community - 🙏 Special permission may be provided at my discretion for allowing visitors - 🌙 Visitors are not allowed overnight 🔊 Noise Restrictions - 🎵 As such, there are no noise restrictions; however, if my caretaker asks you to keep the volume reasonable after 11 PM - please cooperate - 📝 This is a rare situation 🔒 Ensuring Security - 🔐 To ensure security - please close the doors and windows when you go out or are not awake - 💎 Don't leave any valuables unattended - 📹 I have set up CCTV cameras outside the property to ensure safety - 🚨 Please report any suspicious activity to us as soon as possible 💰 Damages & Fines - 🏠 I expect guests to take care of the property as their own. However, I have had experiences where guests didn't do so - 🛠️ Guests are responsible for any damages caused by them or their guests - 📞 Please report any damages to the property as soon as possible - 💵 In case of any damages, a minimum fine of Rs. 2,500/- or the amount required for repairs, whichever is higher, will be levied ⚠️ Drugs & Illegal Activities - 👮 Strict legal action will be taken if you break the following rules: - 💊 Buying, Selling, Carrying, Using, or Consuming drugs is strictly prohibited - 📜 All activities recognized as illegal by the Indian Legal System are strictly prohibited 📱 Please Note - 📶 The mobile network is not strong since it's a hill; you can make calls and get mobile internet, but you may have to move around a bit - 🌐 I have provided 50 MBPS WiFi for your convenience - 💡 Electricity outages are common in remote areas; I have an inverter to run the fan and lights How to reach us? Look up "villa montana highway exit" on maps. Sihra villa is Villa no. 61A located inside a gated community "Villa Montana" over a hill near Ware village & Vanvadi forest 15 minutes from Neral. This location is the point where you have to take the exit from the highway, you will see a board with the name "Villa Montana" and a small hotel named "Mauli Krupa Hotel". Take this exit and follow the uphill route for about 5-7 minutes to reach the main gate of Villa Montana. You will pass through 'Vanvadi Forest' Note: 1. This is rare but since the location is remote, Maps may malfunction a bit at the end. But you will be within a 5-minute distance from the highway exit, call me or my caretaker incase you need any help with directions. 2. The last 5 minutes is a 'kaccha rasta' drive slowly and preferably use a car with decent ground clearance. 3. Avoid traveling after dark.
