Welcome to our cozy, basement apartment in the winsome Fort Russell neighborhood. Downtown is only a 10 min. stroll where you can enjoy restaurants, coffee shops or the farmers market. The U of I is only 5-6 minutes by car & WSU only 8.5 miles away. Our apartment is well equipped for a comfortable stay and ready for your visit to Moscow! This is a private basement apartment below our home with a completely separate quarters and entrance. One can expect there will be some general noise from daytime activity in the house above as it’s an old house! Quiet hours in the evening are diligently observed however. This apartment is located below a single family dwelling and there will be some everyday life noise above during daytime hours.
