As soon as you walk into this stylish home in the new Avida building you'll love the extra touches and thoughtful additions the owners have put in. This will be your home away from home as you check out the wonderful beaches, food, shopping and nightlife of our wonderful city! We're excited to host you! The space As you enter the suite on the 3rd floor you'll find a well decorated retreat for your stay in the city. The entry hall has a queen bedded room on the right side with 3 piece washroom ensuite , lots of closet space, a smart tv and safe for a perfect stay. Down the hall you'll find a separate washroom for guest use. The open full kitchen features high end appliances and every tool and dish you'll need to create some wonderful meals during your stay, or hire one of the private chefs in the area for a culinary experience at home around the 4 person dining table. The living area features a seating area that flows out on to the private terrace, comfortable surroundings and folding desk for added functionality and use. All the TVs of the home feature numerous streaming apps, are connected to lightning fast Fibre optic wifi. Guest access - Full speed fiber optic Wi-Fi for entertainment and/or work within the unit and throughout the building. - The condo features a safe, washer & dryer, and private patio. - Our guests have full access to the building’s incredible rooftop amenities including a self-service rooftop bar (Not serviced), barbeque and dining area, lounge areas, a hammock oasis, a fire pit area, and an infinity pool with hot. - The building includes a business center, reading room, game room, and TV room … this property has so much to offer and is truly a destination in and of itself. GYM ACCESS - The Avida Residences feature a stunning state of the art 2 story gym with all the equipment you'll need including a CrossFit section. Personal towels required, hours of operation are 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM. NON-SMOKING - The Avida Residences are LEED certified. Smoking is NOT allowed within the individual units or balconies nor any of the common areas or amenity spaces including the rooftop. This provides better air quality for all guests and residents within the building. Other things to note * Please be advised that the building is currently building a foodcourt on the ground level. At times during business hours there maybe some construction sounds heard in the building. *This owner is not able to accept pets at their suite. Thank you for your understanding. ***The Avida Building closes its pool deck on a weekly cleaning schedule every Wednesday from 8am until 3pm, this is to do their weekly deep clean and maintenance, at this time only the hammock and multipurpose room on the roof deck are available. *Smoking Prohibited** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding. *Guests are allowed to have up to 2 visitors which have to register at front desk leaving an official picture ID. *Guest's visitors can't be registered after 10 P.M. and are expected to leave the facility by midnight. *As per the new building regulations, all visitors and renters are required to wear a bracelet throughout their stay. This policy is implemented for safety and compliance purposes. ***Important Information for Our Guests*** We want to provide you with the best possible experience during your stay, and we sincerely appreciate your attention to a few important details: We kindly ask you to take special care when using the property's linens and towels, avoiding contact with makeup, hair dye, sunscreen, or other substances that may cause difficult-to-remove stains. This helps us keep everything in excellent condition for you and for future guests. If any irreversible stains are found, additional charges may apply after your stay. Additionally, if you notice any damage or issues in the unit during your stay, we would greatly appreciate it if you report them as soon as possible. This allows us to address them promptly and ensure your experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
