With 3 A/C bedrooms (two with queen beds and bunk beds, plus a master suite with a king bed, sofa bed, private bath, and oceanfront terrace), there’s space for everyone to relax in comfort. The open kitchen and living room also have A/C and look out over the pool and beach, making it easy to cook and chill with a view. Whether you’re swimming, grilling, or catching sunsets from the terrace—this is your perfect slice of paradise. Guest access A property guardian is available on-site and will be alerted upon your arrival to ensure everything is prepared for your stay. Rest assured, you’ll have the entire property to yourself for a private and relaxing experience. Other things to note Our home is located on Boulevard Costa del Sol, at San Marcelino Beach, one of the most beautiful and sought-after beaches in El Salvador. Plus, it’s just a 20-minute drive from the airport, making it incredibly convenient for your arrival. If you need assistance with Uber, car rentals, or food delivery, feel free to reach out. We have great local connections who offer competitive rates and excellent service, and we’re happy to provide recommendations. Please note: There is no hot water at the house. The shower water runs lukewarm, and due to the warm coastal climate, we have not found it necessary to install a hot water system. Most guests find the water temperature comfortable given the tropical weather. Additionally, we do not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Due to personal preferences and past allergy concerns, we believe it is best for each guest to bring these items according to their own needs and preferences.
