Less than a mile from the beautiful village of Sugarcreek, in Amish Country, Ohio. Lighthouses are rare. This lighthouse has everything: well-equipped studio kitchen, LoveSac sofa, hot tub, propane grill, fire pit w/ wood, comfy beds, smart TV's, internet, luxury linens, dock, kayaks, fishing poles, deck, pavilion with a bed swing and padded swivel rockers, hammock, patio dining area, and a hot tub to soak & relax in after a long day. The space Main level includes sitting area, kitchenette & bathroom. Ship ladder from main area leads to 2nd floor, which includes full bed, small dresser & TV. Ship ladder from 2nd floor leads to 3rd floor, which includes Queen size bed, sitting chair, TV and small dresser. Guest access Pond access - includes small beach area for relaxation, swimming or fishing, kayaks, etc Other things to note -Please note that this is a non smoking property. - storage units and commercial building are located on the other side of the pond. They do not share your access, but they are in view. - This is not a handicap accessible property. - Children are welcome - just take note of the steep ladder steps to get to each bedroom ( slipper socks help!) & be cautious of body of water on the property. - Bedrooms are on 2nd & 3rd floors; bathroom is only on 1st floor.
