Just 10 min south of Downtown Providence, this gracious home is a true oasis tucked into a gorgeous city park. With three spacious bedrooms, a large living and dining area, and airy porches mere steps away from the city zoo and walking trails - you'll have room for everyone and lots to do! Guests can access a home gym, hot tub, grill, and fireplace when the nights are chilly. You have a fully stocked kitchen, picnic, and beach equipment access, and dining/coffee within walking distance. The space You'll be staying in a historic home with tons of original charm. Entry through the front door leads to the guest unit on the first floor. Once inside, the only stairs are on the front and back porches, and down to the laundry and gym in the basement. Guest access Guests will have a keypad with a code for access at the front and back doors Other things to note This is a non-smoking property, both inside AND outside, smoking will not be tolerated anywhere on the premises. This is for the health and safety of all guests and residents and to maintain a clean and odor-free home. I live on the second floor of the home with my hubby and daughter, and cat S'Mores.
