The space This vintage gem from the 1940s has been transformed into a tranquil sanctuary, inviting guests to unwind, reconnect, and relish an exceptional stay. The hidden treasure of this abode lies in its expansive garden yard, meandering towards the Stoney Clove Creek. This lush garden is more than just a backdrop – it's an experience unto itself, nestled amidst the towering peaks of the Catskills. The garden, a masterwork of a previous owner, showcases a winding stone path that leads to a serene clearing, affording a captivating view of Stoney Clove Creek and the majestic mountains. Along this path, discover several hammocks and cozy seating areas nestled amidst the foliage. The creekside setup boasts a picnic table, firepit, BBQ, and lounge chairs, allowing you to bask in nature's beauty. On the ground floor, you'll find distinct yet interconnected spaces, including a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. A convenient half bathroom is tucked beneath the stairs. The kitchen boasts a dishwasher, a 6-burner stove, a cabinet-clad Sub Zero Fridge, and all the essential cooking and dining utensils, including olive oil, salt, and pepper. For your beverage preferences, we provide a coffee maker with ground coffee and an electric tea kettle with a variety of teas. The living room's design encourages conversation and connection. However, you can also enjoy the TV and a selection of board games. The front porch is currently home to a ping pong table for your entertainment. Upstairs, discover three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bathroom features a pedestal sink, toilet, extendable showerhead, and bathtub. Two King bedrooms are complete with closets, hangers, and ample shelving. The full bedroom offers a built-in desk and additional shelving. While the floors may have their quirks, we've carefully designed the space to ensure comfort and convenience.
