Other things to note ⬇RULES⬇ ▶The minimum age for check-in is 18. ▶This apartment is privately owned and doesn't include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your check out). ▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. ▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation. ▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation. ▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
