Newly renovated, and homey Panama City Beach Getaway! Perfect for your group of friends, or family. We are located right in the center of everything Panama City Beach is about! Within 5 minutes of the St. Andrews Park, Ripley's Believe it or Not!, Zoo World, putt-putt courses, race tracks, slingshot, Pineapple Willy's, Newby's, Hammerhead Fred's, and more! And for those last-minute needs, or things you simply forgot - Dollar General is within 3 minutes, Walmart 5 minutes! The space Enjoy our bright and open Living/Dining/Kitchen space while visiting with your friends and family. A half bath is available on the main floor so you don't have to trek upstairs. Fully stocked kitchen so you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, a margarita in the evening, or bake those birthday cupcakes! There is a 1 car garage available for small cars, and either 2 parking spots for small cars on the driveway, or 1 large vehicle. We are an end unit so street parking is also convenient if needed. Large master bedroom with a private bathroom & large closet; 2 additional bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed, the other with 2 twins and 1 king bed. As well as a full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower for those rooms to share. Upstairs laundry available for washing your beachwear (please shake all sand off outside first!). Guest access We have a Smartlock and will send you your access code the day prior to your arrival, and once your rental agreement has been returned. Other things to note We rent to 25+ years of age only. No Pets, no parties.
