𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 Please plan accordingly, 2 cars are permitted to be parked in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦 Please note...there are cameras located at the driveway and entrances of the property. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid. 𝗦𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗔𝗟 Snow removal services are supposed to arrive within 24 hours of any snowfall more than 4+ inches, to clear the driveway and a pathway to the main entrance. Snow removal companies cannot guarantee a specific time the property will be serviced. Therefore, guests may have to shovel a spot to park if they arrive before the snow removal company or if it snows during their stay. There have been times in larger storms (2ft+ of snowfall) when snow removal can take longer. It doesn’t happen often, and our other guests have always been able to make it work. Just know that in those cases we are doing everything we can to get someone out there. 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗠𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 Please be aware that weather conditions can change rapidly especially during winter months. We are unable to honor last-minute cancellations due to weather/road conditions. Chains or 4WD/AWD vehicle requirements are often in effect in order to enter Big Bear Valley. Guests booking a stay in the winter should be prepared for the possibility of tire chains being necessary to travel to Big Bear. This requirement is enforced by city officials and law enforcement.
