It is located in a strategic position as it is a few meters from the beach and the promenade full of kiosks, restaurants and stalls, but also a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of San Giovanni di Sinis, Capo San Marco, Is Arutas and all the other wonderful beaches of Oristano. A few meters from our house, which is located near the Tower and the center of the village, you will find all the most useful services such as: market, pharmacy, tobacco shop, bars and restaurants, pharmacy and ATM. Being in the second row, peace and relaxation are guaranteed, without losing the comfort of being close to the sea. You can also choose not to use the car here. Upon entering, you can find, on the mezzanine floor, the large and very bright living room, equipped with a large and comfortable sofa and a French window that leads to the spacious balcony from which you can see the sea. The living area is equipped with a large dining table, sofa and furniture with TV, and there is also free wifi and air conditioning in every room, which makes the house ideal for the winter period as well. The layout of the house ensures that it is always very cool even on the hottest summer days. There is a fully equipped kitchen that has a refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee maker and various utensils, everything you need to cook and eat (plates, glasses and cutlery). There is also a washing machine. The floor is completed by a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined on request) with an adjacent comfortable bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet and bidet. A kit of 3 towels (for face, shower and bidet) is provided for each guest, included in the price. Going down through a flight of stairs, you go down to the cool and well-ventilated basement floor where there are two more bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The first is a bedroom with a very spacious and comfortable double bed, the second has two single beds ideal for children and teenagers. There is a second bathroom that has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet and a washing machine The price includes sheets and towels. Torregrande is an ideal place for families and groups of friends who want a house near the sea and want to take a walk on the promenade in the evening, listen to live music while having an aperitif, play with their children in a safe place without traffic and above all comfortable. It is also an interesting destination for those who love culture and history. A few minutes away you can visit Tharros, an archaeological site dating back to the Phoenician-Punic and then Roman times, and the archaeological museum of Cabras with the famous statues of the Giants of Mont'e Prama. Sardinia is famous for its cuisine, and Torregrande is no exception. Here you can taste typical dishes such as fregula, malloreddus, Sardinian lamb and local cheeses. In addition, the region also produces some fine wines such as Cannonau and Vermentino. Our area enjoys a Mediterranean climate, with hot and dry summers and mild winters.
