The space Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and boasts a beautiful dining table with seating for 6. Living Room The living room features a flat screen TV, DVD player, and a queen sized sleeper sofa. Master Suite The Master Suite features a Queen-sized bed, closet, nightstands, and a single vanity sink with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and a twin sized bunk bed. Bathroom The second bathroom also features a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. Outside Outside on the screened in deck you will find amazing views of the lake, and a large outdoor sectional to kick back and relax. Guest access Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out. Other things to note To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in.
