Gulf views from the spacious living/dining/kitchen area and master bedroom are amazing through the floor-to-ceiling windows leading out to the large balcony. Conveniently located minutes away from the best attractions and shopping in PCB. Must be at least 23 years old to reserve. Please note: Laketown Wharf does not allow pets for short-term renters. The space The master bedroom features a king size bed and walk in closet. The mattress was replaced September 2024. The bedroom also has a 40" flat screen TV and access to the large balcony facing the beach. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and separate garden tub for relaxing at the end of a long beach day. The second bedroom also has a king size bed with a new mattress replaced September 2024. It has a 42" flat screen TV. The open bunk room has twin size bunk beds. The second bathroom is in the hallway across from the bunk area, so it is easily accessible from the second bedroom, living room, and bunk area. This unit has been newly painted and redecorated to offer you the best beach experience for the best value in this area. All of the mattresses are new and so is all the living room furniture. The living room features a large 50" flat screen TV for the whole family to enjoy from morning cartoons to all your favorite sports games. The large private balcony is also accessible from the living room, so you can walk right out to the cool breeze of the gulf. You will feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The stacked washer and dryer can also be found in the hallway in its own separate utility closet. The kitchen area is fully equipped with dishes and pots/pans perfect for cooking a full meal or enjoying a snack during your break from the beach. It includes an over-the-stove microwave and a dishwasher, so more time is spent with the family. You will also find a new Keurig for those late-night coffees or early morning sunrises on the balcony. There is a dining room table that accommodates four and the kitchen island has 3 bar stools for extra seating as well. Guests enjoy secure covered parking in the onsite parking garage and a covered walkway to the building, with access to several large modern elevators. The onsite restaurants offer a variety of quick snacks, including gourmet lunches, fresh salads, buffet dinners and more. The resort just added "810 Billiards and Bowling". See the pictures in the listing. Onsite are five pools, one being a kiddie pool with fountains. Whether it's strolling on the beach, snorkeling, parasailing or fishing, close by you'll find opportunities to enjoy everything there is to do in, under, above, or on the water. For the golfers, Signal Hill Golf course is adjacent to Laketown Wharf. It's an 18 hole par 72 Public golf course. Bring your clubs! An onsite fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment includes a steam room and a sauna with gulf views. Guest access A link will be sent to you via text for access to unit. Other things to note Wristbands/Parking: All Occupants 12 years and older must have a wristband to utilize property amenities. There is a one-time resort fee of $103.66 per reservation. A link will be sent from Laketown Wharf to the primary guest to provide guests information so that all wristbands are activated and ready the day you arrive. The registration also includes 2 parking passes that you can print before you arrive or can be printed at the concierge desk in the lobby. The wristbands will be waiting for you in the condo. Please Note: If a wristband is lost, you will need to go to the lobby for a replacement. The replacement cost is $25.00. If the wristband breaks or does not work, there is no charge for a replacement. Our condo has a maximum capacity of 8 guests including children. Must be at least 23 years old to reserve.
