It is a perfect place to gather. And for your entertainment pleasure, there is a 60” Samsung HD TV with Apps such as Netflix in Spanish, amazon Prime in English and prime YouTube in English. A wonderful spot for entertaining. Kitchen: A fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with new appliances including a wine fridge, microwave, toaster oven, cappuccino maker and even a blender for margaritas! For a festive meal or cocktail party, there’s plenty quality cookware, glassware and place settings for an impromptu fiesta!   Bedroom: A large comfortable bedroom with a Queen size Murphy bed, hypoallergenic pillows and high-quality linens. Ample closet space. Bedroom offers a 32” smart TV. The Murphy bed: It is the primary bed in the bedroom. It is unique and very special. It stows away onto itself providing a generous open concept space to dance, work or entertain. Additional Guest Beds: The sofa in the living room is an additional Queen size guest bed.  Comfortable. Simple to open and close. It faces a state of the art Samsung smart 60” TV. It is the perfect sleeping arrangement for an additional adult guest or children. Bathrooms. Two. Each has a rain shower and a hand-held shower. Find 5 star amenities such as a makeup mirror, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided. Guest access The apartment in its entirety is available to our guests. The storage room is available for guests’ suitcases and accessed as needed only by the staff. Other things to note Housekeeping is done before the guest arrival and after the guest departure. Guest booking 7 or more nights may schedule for a cleaning and linen change at no cost For guest booking less than 7 nights, housekeeping is available at a reasonable fee and can be arranged through our administrator. The Condo provides a generous daily electric power allowance (approximately 8 hrs of AC per day), if the guest desires AC 24/7, the cost will be additional to the nightly room rental rate and maybe arranged through the building administrator.
