Guest access Entire Home Other things to note The following documents must be sent to the property manager before booking is fully confirmed: 1. Signed Rental Agreement (Agreement provided by property management) Guests must simply review agreement, sign, and send back via email or picture text. 2. Property Manager/Owners will be requesting a copy of government issued identification. Identification MUST match the first and last name of the credit card used to book. Please Note: The person booking the home MUST be the owner of the credit card used to pay for the reservation, and MUST be included in the guest count as this person will be responsible for the property throughout the reservation. 3. Community regulations prohibit renting to guests under the age of 25 4. Pet Fee Special: $150 for the entire stay! (2 pet max) 5. Any evidence of smoking (including ashes and smell) will result in immediate forfeit of security deposit. 6. Guests requesting to book must have prior positive host reviews and NO negative host reviews. 7.
