Serenity Among the Pines

Escape the everyday hustle & bustle of life in this serene space without having to stray too far from civilization! For more nature & adventure, trails and lakes (including the beautiful Torch Lake) are just a short drive away. For rainy days or those looking for a different type of fun, spend some time in the nearby quaint towns where you will find something for everyone…cute shops, breweries, a bowling alley, movie theater, & much more! The space This is a rustic glamping experience with no running water, Wi-Fi, or electricity! A basin with a water jug will be supplied for hand washing & dishes. A hanging camping shower bag for rinsing off/showering. Porta potty for restroom. Surfaces are sanitized between each guest stay and it is pumped weekly—almost always early Thursday morning. We do not have control over which day or time they come and it has been as early as 6:30 AM. There is a queen size bed in the tent with a single size air mattresses available upon request prior to arrival. Note: It is a tighter fit with the air mattress. Important Note: *Make sure booking matches actual adult, child, and dog count. Message me if you need accommodations for more than 3 guests—especially if you are a family with more children. We want everyone to be able to stay! I will change the guest count allowance for individuals after we discuss. It’s important that reservations match the actual counts. (All adults, kids, and dogs must be included in the reservation booking.) Guest access You will access the tent by a two-track that is to the right of my house when on the road. The way GPS will more than likely take you would have you passing the tent drive just before my mailbox on the left and my driveway on the right. There are flower pots marking the ends of the two-track (set back off the road). One pot has a sign that says Serenity Among the Pines leaned against it. You will receive photos showing my house and the drive the morning of check in. If you do not receive them or are struggling to find the drive, please reach out by phone. I’m here to help—just ask! Messages on the app don’t always go through. :) Other things to note Dogs welcome! Please just keep them on a leash and pick up after them. :)
