This beautiful Cottage is tucked away in the amazing town of Parowan. It’s 20 minutes away from Brian Head and Cedar City. Perfect for Outdoor enthusiasts, close to hiking and biking trails. The Winter provides a great skiing area with amazing tubing hills. Relax with the whole family playing games or curled up by the fire at this peaceful Cottage. We love having your pets in our home. The space -This cottage has a beautiful living room area where you can cuddle up by the fire on those cool nights. -It has a great interactive TV room where you can watch movies, exercise, play with toys with your children or use the gaming station. This couch folds out into a full bed if needed, linens are in the hall closet. -The upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, with a great work station. In addition, it has a Graco pack and play for your little ones and table high chair. -In the basement, we provides a full size bed with a beautiful space to sleep and relax. -The cottage has two bathrooms one with a deep bath tub perfect for soaking after a long day of hiking or skiing. -There is a Kitchen with all of the kitchen essentials you would need to make a beautiful dinner. There is a dining room area that seats six and provides an open space for a fun family dinner or game night. -We provide a washer and dryer you are free to use for your convenience also. -The patio has a small dining area with comfortable seating to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful clean air. A barbecue has been provided if you decide to have a cookout. -In the backyard, there is a turf area with a few chairs and a fire pit for those nights when you need to cook a s’more. - We have provided a soccer ball, football, Frisby, and a few yard games to enjoy. We have extra chairs, a small cooler and picnic blankets if you decide to ride up the canyon or go to the local Summer Saturday night park music Jam and enjoy the sunset. Guest access You have access to the Cottage from the front door where the key is located. You also have access on the side of the house which the entrance will take you into the laundry room. There is an access to go to the backyard area where there is turf, a couple of chairs and a fire pit. We have also provided a soccer ball, a football, and a frisbee for your enjoyment to play. Other things to note The local grocery store the Parowan market opens at 7 AM and closes at 8pm. There is an All a Dollar that stays open until 10 PM in the area. Almost all of the restaurants open at noon and close at 8 PM. This area does not provide door Dash or Uber Eats so please plan ahead on the food you need. There are a few gas stations in Parowan, but they close at 11 PM. There is a really fun antique shop downtown called the Rusty bucket. If that’s some thing that interests you it’s a fun place to go. They have a local gift shop right there and a few restaurants within walking distance.
