The space Let Seaside Sanctuary relieve your stress in a beautiful 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms cottage with a spectacular view of the Chesapeake Bay. This gorgeous home sits directly on the waterfront. Guests can enjoy searching for seashells, sea glass, sun, sand, the sound of the waves, fishing, crabbing, and kayaking in the back of the property. When the guests are done enjoying the beach, the guest can relax around the fire pit on the back deck. The property is located in a secluded area. It is recommended to get all the grocery essentials at the main route, route 13, before coming into the property. There is a grocery store, Food Lion, 13 miles or 20 minutes away if there is a need to get something during your stay at the property. The property is on well water and it is potable water, but for guests that have sensitive stomachs, bringing drinking water is recommended. The fireplace is for display only. Guest access Guests have full and private use of all indoor and outdoor spaces shown. Other things to note SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. Please do not book this property if you smoke. Long-term stays are subject to additional cleaning fees to be communicated before booking. This house is surrounded by some amazing nature, so you can expect to see some bugs and wildlife at times. Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up at the property at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, or condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup.
