The space The 35 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor, at the back of a very nice house, accessible by a private access gate to the garden. The private garden is refreshing and soothing with shaded areas, exotic plants, palm trees, a small fish pond, birdsong, deckchairs, barbecue area and spa. The apartment consists of a main room with bedroom, kitchen and dining area and an enclosed annex area with a shower room (small shower), toilet and washing machine. It is very well equipped with its bedroom which has a brand new quality bed, a TV, a large wardrobe with closet. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, ceramic hobs, microwave, dining area with two very comfortable armchairs... You can park for free in front of the house with a place under video surveillance and you will also have Wi-Fi. Finally, the neighborhood is quiet in a cul-de-sac of the hypercenter of Valras, but as soon as you go out in summer, you dive into the festivities and entertainment: restaurants, pizzeria and wine bars 30 m away, pedestrian street with all its shops 50 m away as well as the Théâtre de la Mer and its concerts nearby.
