The property has its own private outside space with a hot tub, dining area & BBQ, plus use of a pizza oven in shared area. The space Open plan lounge, dining kitchen area downstairs, plus WC. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms which can be configured as double or twin beds plus bathroom with freestanding bath and overhead shower. Outdoor facilities include a private hot tub*, BBQ/firepit. patio furnitre and a shared pizza oven. * Please note that in order to comply with hot tub changeover regulations: - we cannot guarantee that the hot tub will be at operational temperature for the first night of any stay - hot tub maintenance may commence from 07:30 AM on day of check out, after which time the hot tub will be unavailable Guest access Full use of the property with private rear patio area containing private hot tub, patio table and BBQ/firepit.
