Located within a premier oceanfront resort, our unit provides access to a wide range of resort amenities for no extra cost, including 4 outdoor & 2 indoor pools, a 375-ft lazy river, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, lighted pickleball/tennis/basketball courts, a playground, on site dining, & nearly 700 feet of pristine beachfront. Upon entering our cozy second-floor condo, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space, tastefully decorated with coastal accents. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring comfortable seating, a flat-screen smart TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and take in stunning views of the resort grounds. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals, complete with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. A dining area adjacent to the kitchen offers a lovely space to gather for meals or game nights with family and friends. When it's time to unwind, retreat to the inviting bedrooms, each appointed with organic cotton sheets, comfortable bedding, ample closet space, and convenient access to the bathrooms. The master suite boasts a queen-sized bed, smart tv, and an en-suite bathroom with a bidet while the second bedroom features full/twin bunk beds, a smart tv, & an adjacent bathroom, making our condo ideal for families or couples traveling together. Though the full MB Resort is Oceanfront, our particular building is not. Our building is located right next to the indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas, and steam room and across the parking lot from the kiddie pool & lazy river area. The beach is a very short walk (around 5 minutes) away. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a large cooler to help you make the most of your time. BE ADVISED: Beginning January 1, 2024 there is a $20 per vehicle fee at the security gate to park in the resort. This fee is payable as you enter the resort on the first day by credit or debit card only and covers your parking for the duration of You have private access to all areas of the home with the exception of the locked owners closets. This is your vacation & family time, and we respect our guests privacy. That being said, we are local & live nearby so we are available to help as needed. While you truly do not ever have to leave the resort, Myrtle Beach does have a lot to offer and explore. Other than the miles and miles of sandy beaches perfect for swimming, sunbathing, surfing, saltwater fishing, water sport& more, Myrtle Beach is a vibrant destination home to many family friendly attractions including amusement parks, water parks, and tons of miniature golf courses, numerous live entertainment venues, over 2000 restaurants, a beautiful state park, and golf courses galore. If leaving MBR to explore the Grand Strand, driving is your best bet. If you don't have a car, Uber and Lyft are readily available. There are no elevators in our building. You must climb stairs to access our unit on the 2nd floor. *MINIMUM age to book is 25* Max guest count is 5. PARKING: Beginning January 1, 2024 there is a $20 per vehicle for you to park in the resort. This fee must be paid via credit or debit card to the security guard at the guard house. It will be collected as you enter for the first time and allow you to park for the duration of your stay. Please note that this parking fee is additional and is NOT included in your rental rate. The resort does allow motorcycles, however, there is a special lot where motorcycles must be parked.
