The space Welcome to Wyatt's Saloon, Guest House #2, a one-bedroom, two-story retreat in Fells Point that welcomes traveling nurses, professionals, and families for stays of any length. Designed and hosted by A Chalet Collective, specializing in longer stays that feel like home. Entry to unit 2 is via the back gate on Portugal street and up the stairs to the deck on the 2nd floor. ✶ KITCHEN + DINING - FLOOR 2 ✶ As you step into the Guest House on the 2nd floor, the kitchen and dining room welcomes you into a vintage-meets-modern space with wood-beamed ceilings, oversized fridge, and 2 stove-tops for avid cooks. Make a multi-course meal in our well appointed chef's kitchen with all the tools you need, plus a small wine fridge for oenophiles. A half bath with washer dryer sits right off of the kitchen. ✶ LIVING ROOM - FLOOR 2 ✶ The heart of the Guest House on the 2nd floor is undoubtedly the cozy living room that's divided into two ‘zones.’ One side is outfitted with a comfortable sofa for unwinding in front of the Smart TV. The other side of the living area features a seating area next to the vintage record-player, perfect for snuggling up with a book, while a desk on the opposite side provides a perfect zoom backdrop for work-from-home days. The open-concept space also allows space for an additional bed to be placed upon request for stays with 3 or 4 guests. ✶ BEDROOM - FLOOR 3 ✶ The bedroom on the 3rd floor boast a plush king bed with a white noise machine and room darken blinds, ensuring peaceful nights of sleep. Our cotton sheets and down duvet envelops you in a comforting cocoon. Feel the pull of vintage charm as you immerse yourself in the room’s warm tones and unique antique doors, a palette that reflects the serenity of a primary suite. ✶ BATHROOM - FLOOR 2 + FLOOR 3 ✶ A powder room is available off the kitchen on the 2nd floor. The ensuite bathroom on the 3rd floor is spacious with a custom-tiled shower where you can wash away the day’s adventures. High-quality Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. ✶ OUTDOOR AREA ✶ Step outside into the small deck and enjoy outdoor seating while grilling on our gas Weber. Please inquire if you are interested in the entire townhouse rental. Based on availability, our single car garage may be rented at an additional fee. Please inquire. All requests for early check-in and late check-outs must be brought forth via the booking messaging system and approved by our team. Otherwise, our 4 pm check-in time and 10 am check-out time stands. You will use your Smart Lock code to access the front door - we have a backup lockbox should the smart lock fail. There are townhouses with full-time dwellers on either side of the guest house and you will hear our neighbors from time to time. The townhouse is located in a prime location and parking directly on our street is a challenge after 7 pm. Based on availability, our single car garage is available to rent at an additional fee. Please inquire. ✶ PET POLICY✶ We welcome pets of all sizes and kinds! A pet fee must be paid before arrival as follows: 1-night stay: $55 per pet 2+ nights: $35 per pet per night, capped at $200 per pet per stay ✶ LATE/EARLY CHECK-IN/OUT✶ We offer flexible check-in and check-out options, based on availability. For rates and availability, please reach out directly. We're committed to ensuring your stay is as convenient as possible. Guest access Our property is accessed via a smart lock with a unique code once rental forms are submitted with government issued photo IDs to verify age and identity. Parking is free around the neighborhood. After 8pm the block itself is full, however, Broadway is located one block away and has ample free parking 8pm-8am. Based on availability, our single car garage is available to rent at an additional fee. Please inquire. A shared grill is available to use during your stay. Other things to note We are family and pet friendly - government issued photo ID required for all guests over 18 to verify age and identity. We only rent to those over age 25.
