The space — SLEEPING SITUATION — *Total occupancy is 10 people max* — FLOOR 1 (Sleeps 4 max) Bedroom 1: 2 Queen beds - Sleeps 4 - Attached full bathroom includes shower and vanity. — FLOOR 2 (Sleeps 2 max) - Sleeps 2 - Pullout sofa bed in living room can sleep 2 more people. - Detached half bathroom includes toilet and vanity. Shared with entire 2nd floor common area (kitchen, dining room, living room etc.). — FLOOR 3 (Sleeps 4 max) Bedroom 3: King bed. - Sleeps 2 - Attached full bathroom includes double vanities with a large shower. Bedroom 4: King bed. - Sleeps 2 - Attached full bathroom includes vanity with a shower & tub combo. — FLOOR 4 Rooftop patio: Outdoor area with fire pit, outdoor seating and Blue Turtle Bay Marina views. Guest access Guests have access to the whole home, including attached 2-car garage. Overflow parking on 22nd St ONLY. Garage dimensions: 6.5 feet tall, 16 feet wide, and 20 feet deep. Guests do not have access to the locked utility closets. Other things to note B-Y-O-Boat Please call Blue Turtle Bay Marina right away, for hourly boat rentals or for personal-boat slip rental. DO NOT park your boat BY our home. Please call the marina to rent a boat slip or make boat parking arrangements in their parking lot. Boats and road vehicles can be parked at Marina, but only with the Marina's CONSENT prior to parking. Availability not guaranteed—Call right away! No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine.
