The space Inside the home, guests will find all the comforts of a 5-star hotel, including an office, movie theatre, and recreation space. Guests can enjoy partial lake views from several areas in the home. The office provides a perfect opportunity to work remotely, while the movie theatre and recreation space offer ample entertainment options. Guests can relax and enjoy their stay in comfort and luxury. The added convenience of not having to deal with parking in town makes this retreat even more appealing. Guests can fully immerse themselves in the charm and beauty of Lake Geneva without any added stress or hassle. This brand-new construction retreat is the perfect escape for those seeking a luxurious and comfortable getaway! Other things to note *Pool & Hot Tub is available May 1st 2024 through Labor Day weekend. Guests will be required to sign a separate addendum to our guest rental agreement pertaining to pool usage if using these amenities. Before you check out we ask that you please place your pool/hot tub towels in the washer and start a cycle. *Pool temp will be set at 80, please inquire 48 hours before arrival if you would like it raised for additional charge. *Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! Additional Fees: Early Check-In – $75 (based on availability) Late Check-Out – $75 (based on availability) Additional Parking – $15 per car, per night *Lost and Found – If you left something behind, please contact us. While Geneva Lakes Vacations isn’t responsible for items left after a stay, we’ll do our best to locate and return them. Guests cover shipping. Once located, returns may take up to 4 weeks. *Please note: After your reservation is confirmed through Airbnb, we will request your email address and send an electronic guest rental agreement.
