In the old Pont d'Ain, come and enjoy this apartment 5 minutes from the A42 and the train station, and a 10-minute walk to all amenities. It has a studio with 160 double bed (very good quality of sleep), kitchen area and a separate bathroom and toilet. It also includes a living room with two alcove bedrooms (single beds + dressers). Our on-site presence will allow us to answer any questions you may have, and give you tips on visits and walks. The space The accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen, FHD Smart TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, small library with some books and games available. Linens and towels are provided. The main room is equipped with an air-air device (heating in winter and air conditioning in summer). The space is non-smoking. Barbecue available in summer as well as a brazier to enjoy cooler evenings in the garden. Nordic bath is possible (+€15 to be paid on-site). A good hour of heating is required. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal. Although the main entrance is shared, once inside the house, you have independent access to the upper floor. Two large flights of stairs provide access to the "under the roofs" cottage. You will have access to a charming outdoor courtyard and garden Possibility of access to the Nordic bath located outside. It is designed for 2 people and is heated with wood. Stimulating and relaxing effect guaranteed! The terms will be communicated as soon as you access the cottage. Free parking in a parking lot behind the church or on the sidewalk in front of the house. Possibility of storing bikes and other equipment on the ground floor in the garage. Other things to note The Ain River is nearby to enjoy refreshing swims in summer, canoeing down the Ain and beautiful walks. Fishermen will find happiness there. The Retord Plateau ski slopes are not far away. In our house, there are also two cats, chickens to which you can give your leftovers. Sherpa, our big and gentle Beauceron breed dog, and Kyta, a pure white female Husky (our white wolf) who fascinates children. A laundromat is nearby.
