The space Quality sheets, towels, hot tub towels, and toiletries. Hot tub has an ice bucket for drinks. Books and House and Home magazines for reading. HD colour TV with adjustable screen, pulls out, pulls back, tilts, swivels side to side. Bathroom has heated floors for those colder days. Includes air conditioning, wall heater and ceiling fan for your comfort. Luggage holder in closet, extra blankets in closet and steamer for clothing. Shower has good water pressure. Guest access The main porch/patio is shared, however guests love following their own private pebbled pathway behind the shed! Following this walkway leads you to your own private entrance where you can discover and enjoy your private retreat and new luxury hot tub spa. Nobody will be joining you there. We use the patio on the other side of the house. We don't mind if you happen to walk across our side to get to your parking spot, if you may need to, we are very easy going, and want you to feel at ease, relaxed and at home during your stay at the spa suite. Last year was not very bad at all for mosquitos, but On wet and humid days, they can be pesky. Once you're in the hot tub you'll be fine but if you want to bring repellent, would be good idea. Thank you. Other things to note (ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON OR AROUND THE PROPERTY) No loitering in front of the house as we don't want to disturb our neighbours. We are on a septic and we would appreciate it if you do not flush large amounts of toilet paper as this will cause the pipes to clog with an accumulation of toilet paper. Absolutely no wipes, flushable wipes or tampons in the toilet. The toilet does have strong flush power so you don't have to worry about that. There is a large bin with lid at property entrance for garbage. Absolutely no bleach or harsh chemicals down the drains. We are on a well so the water is delicious and is very safe for drinking, better than municipal and it has been tested and is safe. Do not wear jewelry in the hot tub. Things like rings and bracelets scratch the acrylic. Please rinse your bathing suits with no soap through the wash before coming. The soap in your bathing clothing will cause the hot tub to foam up.
