Whether you’re staying as a group or a solo traveller, this listing is a great fit! There are in total four private bedrooms and a spacious common area, plus a chill-out space in the basement. The home was recently updated with a full-size kitchen and basic utensils provided for our guests. The entire house has heating/cooling all-year around, and windows in every room. There is a backyard with a BBQ grill and outdoor chairs, as well as a basketball hoop for some fun outdoor time. The space With a neatly organized environment, we try our best to make this place a home away from home for our guests. Towels and linens are always provided to match the number of accommodated guests, the house might not be something fancy but is definitely a cozy place for your trip. Oven-safe dish, cooking utensils, bowls, plates and cutleries can be found in the kitchen if our guests would like to eat at home, a dishwasher is also available for your convenience. Guest access Guests have full access to the booked bedroom(s), 2 bathrooms and the living/kitchen areas. During your stay Guests can always reach me by sending messages via the app or text, or call my phone number when immediate response is needed. Other things to note The TV has chrome cast built-in. Guests may use a laptop/smartphone/tablet and use the chrome home app to play online videos. After you connect your device to the in house WiFi, when you use youtube, netflix, craveTV or any app that is compatible with google home, you will see a screen icon on top right corner. click the symbol will allow you to connect to the Tv. and play your video on the Tv. Guests may use the bbq grill in the backyard when the weather permits. Propane containers are available, please feel free to take them for a refill if you would like to use the grill.
