Modern Pool house, close to nature and city center

Relax in our cozy, new guesthouse in quiet Landvetter. Fits 4 with a kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy the heated pool in summer, or brave a winter dip. Grill available. Just 15 mins from Gothenburg's Liseberg amusement park and city center. Bus stop 200m away. Embrace tranquility with local wildlife and berry picking. Our location is surrounded by nature and lakes, it's quiet and peaceful. You might even spot an elk or find some blueberries to pick. Just relax and enjoy your stay. The space In the guest house we have a bed-sofa (160 cm) in the main room, and two 90 cm beds in the loft. If needed there is room for an air mattress on the floor in the main room. In the bathroom, we have a toilet, sink, and shower. For your convenience, there is shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for you to use. Bed linen and towels are included. In the main room, there is a tv for you to stream movies (you need to bring your own streaming device), a Playstation 4, and some games. The swimming pool is heated from June - September and un-heated the rest of the year. Guest access Our heated pool is 8 x 4 meters and heated to 29 degrees during summer (June to September). In the backyard, we also have a soccer goal, a trampoline, and an asphalted area for basketball and floorball. All outdoor amenities are shared with us when we are home. We have two sunbeds, two chairs and a table for you to use. There is also a dining table with chairs, fitted for 6 people, and a barbecue for you to borrow if you would like to. The dining table is located under a roof on our deck, perfect for an outdoor dinner on a very sunny or rainy day. Other things to note - 10 minutes drive from the international airport Landvetter (GOT). - We offer pick-up at the airport if needed, depending on availability (pickup at lates 8pm). - If you come by car, we offer free parking on our premises and an EV charger for you to use (extra fee). - As the water heater a quite small, we recommend short showers or plan some extra time for the water to heat up between showers. - Please note that this is a non-smoking property/area
