Guest access During your stay you will have exclusive, private access to my apartment. I have a convenient self check-in system in place so you can arrive anytime after your scheduled check-in time and access the apartment by yourself. I send you the detailed instructions a full day prior to your date of arrival so you have the time to read, understand and ask any questions you may have. As my guest you are welcome to utilize any and all of the sophisticated and modern appliances in my newly renovated apartment. Other things to note - You pick up the keys at a KeyCafe lock box located a few minutes walk from my building. Ensure that you plan to pick up your keys at the KeyCafe before coming to my building. - My check-in window closes at 12 AM, after which Check-in is still possible, but I am not guaranteed to be available to reply to message that late. Please read the instructions I send you ahead of time, and have them on hand when you arrive to make it super easy. - My mailbox is not shared with my guests. Please contact me, I have a convenient solution arranged for you if need to receive mail/packages. - I'm often out of town, but available for any needs and concerns you have, just message me. I've arranged for a trustworthy helper to be available to assist you. Please be patient and respectful with them if they need time to come to your building. - The apartment is in the heart of downtown and has excellent soundproofing. If there are rare exceptions like nearby events, or construction right outside the apartment I adjust my prices to consider this. -The building manager or maintenance persons may need to access the property in rare circumstances. They do have the right to access the property for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I will always notify you in advance to the best of my abilities. - Snow is removed regularly when my staff comes to the building, it is not cleared every day. In case of long stays or during extreme Winter weather, there is a shovel and some ice-removing salt you are welcome to use.
