With comfortable accommodations, stunning views, Chick Inn Moriarty is your home away from home. We offer a beautiful queen-sized bed in the larger bedroom and a twin-sized bed in the smaller bedroom, soft sheets, towels and a coffee/tea bar. The home also has a 50" TV and a 32” TV connected to our WiFi for you to log into whatever streaming services you'd like. We provide shampoo & conditioner and body wash just in case you run out of your essentials on your trip. The kitchen is well equipped with a four-burner stove, toaster oven and a microwave. The coffee and tea station are stacked, and you'll be well supplied with kitchen essentials like silverware, oil, salt and pepper. Trash can for pet waste and pet waste bags are located in the enclosed back entryway with a large dog door. You have full access to house and fenced in yard. Guests receive their check-in instructions in the days before their arrival. It is a self-check-in process and doesn't require you to meet anyone at the door. We live in the house next door but will not bother you during your stay. Please be aware that we charge a pet fee. This is charged by UPDATING YOUR GUEST COUNT. Unfortunately, uncontrollable pets or property destroyers are not welcomed guests. Please announce your pet in your messaging. We offer a fully fenced 1 acre lot with dog door access for your furry family members. Trash can and bags for pet waste are located in the back entryway where the dog door is located. Please throw away dg waste in bags into outdoor trash. SMOKING- Marijuana is a big part of many people's New Mexico tourism experience. Please only smoke outside! Moriarty has a great dispensary 4 miles away on Route 66 called Budder Pros Cannabis Co. It is not perfect. Probably never will be. But it may be perfect for you! We acquired the home that was built in 1969 this year and we have renovated the entire home, 1969 meets 2023. The previous owners took immaculate care of this farmhouse so all we had to do was paint, paint, and update. It would be our pleasure to host you, and to have your pawsitive furry friends join you. You will hear our rooster, neighbors roosters, and see livestock for miles. Horses and cattle everywhere. Moriarty has a few restaurants and a neighborhood grocery store. The nearby towns of Edgewood and Albuquerque, (30 mins or less) are packed with artisans, markets, groceries, gas and events. It's easy to stock up nearby for anything you really need. If you need me to pick up anything before you arrive at the Smith’s grocery store in Edgewood (9 miles away) please send me a message so we can arrange for that. For the outdoors enthusiast, it's all here. Within 30 minutes you can ski, hike, bike, and visit the largest Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque. This special place is available to anyone.
