We want your visit to be memorable! The space 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom family home. Provided is a furnished bedroom with dedicated workspace and free WIFI. Home is opposite the bus stop and there is a dedicated fridge for the guests to store your food and drinks. As hosts, we have our own fridge and don't need to share it. The bathroom and toilet are separate to the room and will ONLY be shared whenever there is an Airbnb guest in the other room. We have our own ensuite. So won't be sharing the toilets. Close to the mall, Darwin Public/Private Hospitals, beautiful beach, park, the Charles Darwin university and the Airport. We are a very friendly family and hospitable and value our guests. Very child friendly as there are toys and a yard available. Explore the area with the bikes provided. This helps keep the bathroom clean and fresh for everyone. 🗑️ Food & Garden Waste We have a simple system for managing food waste: 🥩 Meat & Fish Waste Please let us know when you have any meat or fish waste, as we keep it in the freezer to prevent odours and pests. 🍎 Fruit & Vegetable Waste All fruit and vegetable scraps, except onion peels, can go into our garden compost. Please place them in the blue box in the kitchen. 🧅 Onion Peels Please place onion peels in the regular kitchen bin. 🧺 Washing Machine There is a small $5 fee per load of washing, which includes detergent. With the increasing cost of household expenses, this helps us cover the additional water, electricity and laundry costs. We kindly ask guests to use the washing machine thoughtfully and, where possible, wait until there is a full load rather than washing small loads multiple times during the week. 💛 Thank You!
