Nordic Villas welcome them on our premise. Please note the following guidelines when booking with pets: -We accept a maximum of two pets per villa. -An additional fee of ₱700 will be charged. -A refundable pet security deposit of ₱2000 will be collected upon check-in. (This is in addition to the room security deposit ₱5000. If you bring your pets, we will collect a total of ₱7000 refundable security deposit upon check in.) -We accept pets weighing up to 40 lbs (such as beagles, French bulldogs, pugs, and similar breeds). -Pets must wear diapers throughout their stay, and owners are responsible to clean up after their pets. -To keep our villas clean and comfortable for all guests, pets are not allowed on the sofas, beds, or swimming pools. There is a noise curfew starting 11 pm in our area 2. Guests must check in any time between 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check out at 12 PM at the latest. 3. Early check-in is subject to availability and with an additional charge of ₱1000 per hour. 4. No smoking on the premise. 5. Pets are allowed with additional pet fee ₱700 and pet security deposit ₱2000. 6. Our home is not a full-service hotel. Please clean up after yourselves when dining. 7. Strictly no heavy cooking in the indoor kitchen. For deep-frying, barbecuing etc., please use the outdoor kitchen. 8. We guarantee that there are no cameras or recorders inside the Villa, rooms as this would violate the privacy law of this country. HEADCOUNT 1. Our maximum occupancy is 6 only. 2. Drivers, maids, and other employees of the guests are included in the headcount. 3. Children ages 2 and below are not included in the headcount and are therefore exempt from charges, given that they share a bed with their parent/guardian. 4. We won't accept a change in date once the room is booked. We apologize for the inconvenience. 5. For visitors who aren't staying overnight, we charge ₱500 per head.
