You won’t find views like these just anywhere! Welcome to Paradise Point of View, featuring three spacious bedrooms, PRIME location at mile marker 14, and situated directly across from one of two pools and the tennis court. The Emerald Bay complex is highly sought after and centrally located just off Horseshoe bend! The space Kitchen and Dining Area This beautiful open concept kitchen features black granite countertops, a large breakfast bar with four barstools, and a dining area with seating for four more around the table. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and a Keurig coffee maker. Living Room The living room features a couch, recliner, flat screen TV, and a gorgeous wall of windows with sliding glass door that opens to the balcony. Master Suite The master suite features a king-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, flat screen TV, and a large sliding glass door that also opens to the balcony. The master bathroom features a double vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features two full-sized beds, a nightstand, and large closet. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, desk, computer monitor, (bring your own docking system), and large closet. Bathroom 2 The second bedroom is located between the second and third bedrooms, and features another double vanity sink and tub/shower combo. Outside Outside on the balcony you will find an electric grill, a large patio table and patio chairs. (Gas grills and fireplaces are banned from the Emerald Bay Complex). ***There are 2 parking passes in the unit. Please display in car upon arrival. COMPLEX WILL TOW*** Guest access Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out. Other things to note To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: • You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. • You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. • You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. • You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. • You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit. ***Credit card fees are not refunded if a reservation is canceled
