With direct access to forest trails this beautiful and newly renovated 2600 sq ft home is perfect for your escape to sunny Southern California. Well appointed, with huge living and outdoor entertaining spaces, this gorgeous home delivers all you'll need for a perfect escape. Within a small community, you'll also have access to common amenities including tennis court, pool and hot tub. The space With vaulted ceilings this home has incredible natural light throughout. With neighbors on only one side, you'll have uninterrupted views of the forest from your private guest suite as well as the kitchen, living and dining areas. The guest suite, situated downstairs from the living area on it's own floor, has a huge amount of space with a queen bed with luxury mattress and beautifully appointed marble bathroom. There is ample storage room, black out blinds to ensure a good nights sleep. We provide premium linens and bathroom products to all our guests. The second room is on the living area level, and has two single beds, or a large 24" thick premium queen inflatable mattress as is your preference. The room has great natural light, ample storage and has a private marble bathroom just outside the door. Our home is equipped with everything you will need for a wonderful escape in sunny Southern California including a fantastic outdoor entertaining area with firepit, table tennis and pool table, darts, outdoor bar, putting green, surfboards, bikes and a home gym in the garage. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with a huge French-door fridge, gas cooktop, large commercial style sink. If cooking outside is more your style, take advantage of the barbeque and firepit with views to the forest. The living area is perfect for relaxing, taking in the forest or streaming your favorite TV shows, sport and movies on the 75 inch flatscreen tv. You will receive your personal code before your arrival and it will be active on the day of your reservation. Since check-in is so simple, we are often around but not there to greet you directly. Feel free to come on in and make the space yours. Whilst you will be sharing the space with my wife and I, you are our guest and we'll ensure you feel right at home. The whole house is yours to relax in and enjoy during your stay. During your stay We'll be here throughout your stay to assist with anything you need.
