This house (former Briard farmhouse) is located in a small hamlet, quiet, near a cereal farm, 18 km from Coulommiers, 25 km from Provins and 80 km from Paris. In 40 minutes you arrive at Disneyland. The space The accommodation consists of a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 triple), 2 bathrooms, a small enclosed outdoor green space with barbecue, garden furniture and deck chairs, as well as an enclosed courtyard. The maximum number of occupants is 7 people (parties and various events are not permitted). Non-smoking Other things to note Linens are included. The "end of stay" cleaning package is at the rate of €100. Options to be specified at the time of booking and to be paid on the day of arrival. For business customers, a deposit of €1000 is to be paid by bank transfer before check-in, or in cash on the day of arrival. For stays of several weeks, a cleaning is required every 15 days minimum (change of sheets included) at the rate of €100.
