Facilities & Comfort: Location & ambiance: The "Watt-Comfortable"house is located in a quiet environment, with a spacious garden that offers space to relax and enjoy. On the two furnished terraces, one of them with electric awning, you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. A beach chair and Weber gas grill are ready for your unforgettable barbecues. Living area: The spacious living area convinces with high-quality brand interior design, which creates a cozy feel-good atmosphere. The modern kitchen is extensively equipped and adjoins the dining table where cozy hours can be spent. The open plan living area is ideal for relaxing. Bedroom: There are two bedrooms, both equipped with box spring beds that ensure a good night's sleep. A bedroom on the ground floor also offers a private bathroom with floor-level shower and separate toilet – ideal for a private wellness oasis. Upstairs you will find another bedroom as well as another comfortable bathroom. For additional guests or children there is a room with desk and a sofa bed. Technology & Extra: The house is equipped with smart TVs in all rooms (except bathroom/kitchen), so that you will be well entertained even on vacation. Fast internet and free WiFi, as well as a digital radio in the living area, ensure the necessary comfort. There are numerous USB ports for your electronics. Additional amenities: A washing machine and a separate tumble dryer are at your disposal. The house also offers underfloor heating, screens, towel heating, electric shutters and two free car parking spaces right by the house.
