Casuarinas 1st floor apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, a back patio and a front balcony with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean and Oistins. Miami Beach and Freights Bay are less than a 5 minute walk away and the cliff across the road is a perfect place to relax and feel the ocean breeze. If you are looking to spend some time indoors, there is a smart tv and free wifi for you to enjoy some indoor relaxation. The space As mentioned above there are 3 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 Double & 2 twin beds that can also be pushed together to accommodate a couple. All of the bedrooms have large built in closets and the master also has a walk in closet for hanging items next to an ensuite. They are all equipped with air conditioners as well as ceiling fans. The middle & 3rd bedrooms also have built in desks/dressing tables. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker and anything else that you may need to cook some tasty dishes. The apartment has a parking garage suitable for up to two vehicles and a garden area with an outdoor shower. If you are wondering what to do during your stay, there are many great options due to the apartments amazing location! You can visit Miami beach for a swim, stop by at Freights Bay for some surfing, get a bite to eat at the many nearby restaurants in Oistins and the surrounding area and much more! Guest access Upon your arrival to Casuarinas, the Property Managers Kerry and Nathan will be there to meet & greet you upon arrival. However, if for some reason they are unable to meet you, you will be provided with a code to access the key lockbox. Other things to note The apartment has a housekeeper, Sasha, that will come in at least once a week to clean the apartment and put in fresh linens. If you would like to do any personal laundry, there is a laundry room and drying lines available. Our lovely housekeeper Sasha will take care of the towels and bedding. Kerry & Nathan will happily be available to answer any questions you may have or meet any of your needs during your stay (within reason). Should you require transfers, for example to and from the airport, we would be happy to arrange them for you. Also, a Complimentary Welcome Pack will be offered upon arrival to tie you over for the first night. Please let us know if you have any food allergies that we would need to know about. If you would like additional groceries purchased, we would be happy to arrange this as well for an additional cost.
