Direct beach access via hillside steps (~150, moderate climb) Alternate longer path and driveway available Secure, peaceful setting above the village Other things to note 🏖️ Beach Access Casa Gracie was built into the hillside to take full advantage of its sweeping ocean and mountain views. As a result, beach access involves a short climb down or approximately 150 steps up to your house from the sand. The climb is moderate and may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. Prefer an easier route? You can also walk up or drive via our driveway — a bit longer but gentler. 🚗With a new paved section of the road in 2025, you can now drive directly to the house without the need for a 4x4. 🧺 Laundry Need laundry done during your stay? We can arrange reasonably priced laundry service upon request — because no one should be folding clothes on vacation. Just let us know! 🌧️ Rainy Season Notes The rainy season in Cabo Corrientes runs from roughly June through September/October. But don't worry — it’s usually not constant rain. Most days are sunny, with short thunderstorms lasting an hour or two in the afternoon or evening. The dry season, by contrast, brings months of sunshine with no rain. Important to know during rainy season: The entire region may experience power outages during storms. Outages can last several hours. We provide a backup generator to run lights and internet (via router) for essential use. The road to Chimo may be more difficult to navigate in wet conditions. If you're driving: At times, a 4x4 vehicle is required during the rainy season. Ask for current road conditions. Alternatively: You may prefer to arrive by boat, which we can help arrange. ✨ Casa Gracie is a secluded beachfront retreat with breathtaking views, modern comforts, and authentic Mexican culture—perfect for slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and escaping the crowds of Puerto Vallarta. 📞Connect With Us 📺 See More: Watch videos of the property and village on our YouTube channel: FindingChimo@doshermanos2021
