Looking for an authentic Airbnb? Here, you stay in our main residence, a real family home that is open when we are away. You will enjoy the comfort of a house that is inhabited all year round: a fully equipped kitchen, a south-facing garden and small essentials already on site (oil, salt, pepper, cleaning products, toilet paper...). 20 minutes from Bréhat and Paimpol, in the heart of Brittany's most beautiful sites. The space The house comfortably sleeps the whole family with its 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor: • One bedroom with private bathroom • A separate toilet Upstairs: • One master bedroom • Two additional large bedrooms • One bathroom • A second separate toilet • An office space for teleworking if needed Fiber optic is available throughout the house. The kitchen is designed like that of a primary residence: you will find everything you need to cook on a daily basis or prepare large meals with your family: • 6-burner range cooker with oven • Refrigerator • Dishwasher • Microwave • Cookeo Moulinex - Nespresso machine • Filter coffee maker • Kettle The laundry room has outside access and includes: • A 9 kg washing machine • A freezer The dining room comfortably accommodates 6 people. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except the garage and a closet. Other things to note Pets are welcome 🐶, 🐈, ... 🦖, 🦄 Extra charge: €10 per night per animal. Out of respect for the premises, our four-legged friends are not allowed on the beds or the sofa. (The same goes for those with horns or scales 🙂
