The space This is a recently updated split-level home with the den and two car garage on Level 1, kitchen, foyer and dining room on Level 2, and the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs on Level 3. Please see the photos as you will need to use stairs to access Level 2 and 3. The home can sleep up to 5 people if you want to share beds, but is listed as accomodates 3 if no desire to share beds. Please review the photos of the 3 bedrooms to see if the space fits your need. All bedrooms have 32" TVs and there is a 43" TV in the large den. The home has a full kitchen, coffee station and a small patio on the back. Yard is fenced but sorry no pets are allowed. Security cameras are at the front and back entrances of the home. There is also a security system in the home. Guest access You will have access to the entire space. Garage door openers and security key fob provided on checkin. Garage is two car and an additional 2-3 cars can be parked on the drive way. Other things to note Guests We want you to have a great stay, so an accurate guest count is required by Airbnb and insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including the names of all those that will be staying overnight. Since this house has a minimum 30 day stay, please note, extra fees apply when you exceed our maximum number of guests. Message the host if you have specific questions or requests. Yard Maintenance The front and back yards will need to be mowed every 7-10 days during mowing season, so property owner or agent will be onsite to handle lawn maintenance. Access will be through fenced gates, so no entrance required to living quarters. During the winter and early spring, yard maintenace will also occur to remove leaves and other debris. Neighbors Neighbors are friendly so don't be surprised if they see you outside, they may wave or say hello.
