"Splash", our waterfront retreat, provides breathtaking views! Nestled on the scenic shores of Choctaw Beach, this tranquil haven offers an unparalleled private escape. Soak in the mesmerizing sights & sounds of the bay from the deck! Dolphins, ospreys & otters & more await. Inside, a newly renovated space, providing comfort to relax. Whether you’re sipping coffee/wine on the decks or exploring the nearby beaches of Destin, Miramar, or 30a, this getaway promises an unforgettable experience! The space As you walk down the private walkway to two decks, one lower than the other where you'll see amazing unobstructed views of Choctaw Bay, sparkling starry nights and the twinkling of city lights of Destin and Sandestin. You'll also find some artsy sections of the deck to share on your social media. Once inside you'll find a newly renovated room, with a queen bed, luxurious bedding, a closet with hangers, a full size bathroom and a cafe table and chairs. A mini frig with waters, a microwave and a coffee bar are included. Guest access You will have full access to the private, newly renovated room, bath, closet and both decks, one upper and one lower. Approx 5 steps between. Other things to note We provide a microwave, coffee service and small refrigerator. There is no kitchen or grill. The complete full home itself will be remodeled 2026-2027 as we work to revamp it. Currently, this section is blocked off from the main section of the house and the main section of the home is vacant. This work in progress never takes place when we have guests. We have currently updated this west side of the home and the far top opposite side (east) of the home for vacation rentals so these two amazing sections with their stunning views can be enjoyed by our guests. It is very private and the only time you might run into another guest would be while parking. Adults only please. There are outdoor cameras on property at the garage. There is no fishing available from the decks or home. There is fishing available from the shore and a dock a mile to the east and from the shore a mile to the west. We are 10 minutes from Destin and its emerald waters. Staying with me gives you expansive water views and privacy without Destin prices and traffic! As always, No smoking or vaping on property.
