The space This is a new addition to Airbnb with only a couple of guests so far and the review from the first three months of 2025 are in the photographs! (missed the review, deadline 🤷🏻‍♀️) They had a ball and we had fun hosting them! ..After wintering many many years in Siesta Key,. they are returning this year….. YES Our area is becoming preferred because of the ease of getting around and proximity to all that Sarasota has to offer. This one story private Villa is like your own little cottage moments away from all the action in downtown Sarasota. This villa is a two bedroom oasis .The primary bedroom has a premium queen sized bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower, and a secondary bedroom with a new queen bed. The second bathroom shower and tub and will allow you and your companion or guest to enjoy private facilities. .The full kitchen features a stove, oven with convection, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer (no ice maker)..and air fryer. A Sliding glass door opens from the dining area to the screened in lanai & will let you and your friends enjoy dining or happy hour -With birds singing and mature, tropical foliage in view… and every day will be spent in Paradise! Wi-Fi is throughout the unit and you have a smart TV in the living room. All of our furniture is recently replaced in a contemporary coastal mode .Everything is upscale , from the Plumbing to the lighting. We have recently installed hurricane resistant windows, and sliders. The community pool is steps away, and is, in my opinion, the finest in the area. It’s a very nice size, very clean and has a covered cabana area attached with bathroom facilities, and an outdoor shower. (It is lightly chlorinated so it doesn’t have that yucky pool odor! )Invite your friends and have a luxurious afternoon with a pool area that is lightly attended. Many times you’ll be the only one in the pool! Katya (the resident super host) has 35 five star reviews for this complex, and everyone loves it here. We would have hundreds of reviews, but we have a one month minimum and many people have spent 3 to 8 months (as they either didn’t want to go home lol j or they were looking to purchase in Sarasota. Enjoy our off-season lower prices. The autumn and winter is wonderful in Villa Siesta III Guest access Guests are invited to use anything they see in the villa. Other things to note The beautiful pool is so lightly used it would make guests wonder. If there’s a problem, lol. No! The bottom line is we are spoiled. We’re used to having it here and we’re used to having beaches and many people in the community still go to work so this pool may be all yours occasionally. In the first quarter of the year it’s heated and the rest of the time the sun heats it It’s clean. It’s not crowded, not noisy, and has toilet facilities and an outdoor shower. There is also a hose area for washing cars adjacent to the pool.
